LEOMINSTER — Fall Brook Building Committee approves 60% construction documents for MSBA submission. The committee unanimously voted 7-0 to approve the 60% construction documents for the Fall Brook Elementary School Project and authorized transmission to the Massachusetts School Building Authority on February 27, 2026. Two independent cost estimates were reconciled, showing the project trending under budget.
