City Council adopts $186.7 million Fiscal Year 2027 Budget

Leominster City Council unanimously adopts $186.7 million Fiscal Year 2027 budget. Mayor Dean J. Mazzarella requested the budget approval; all nine council members voted 9-0 (C-76) to adopt the $186,710,840 spending plan, which will be funded through fiscal year revenues of $186,038,999 plus transfers from special accounts.

The council also unanimously approved the Water Department ($6,998,779) and Sewer Department ($7,190,666) budgets. Three petitions were scheduled for June 8 public hearings on traffic and parking restrictions.
