LEOMINSTER — Commission approves three Roche Avenue homes with deed-restricted wetland limits and protections. Pierce Pond Realty Trust's proposed single-family homes at 37, 43, and 49 Roche Avenue were unanimously approved with special conditions protecting bordering vegetated wetlands and Pierce Pond. Representative Peter Bovenzi's applications limit cumulative wetland alteration across the subdivision to no more than 4,999 square feet under the deed restriction.

Conservation Agent Jesse Averka will conduct frequent field inspections during active earth-moving operations. The Commission deferred a Certificate of Compliance for 39 Legate Hill Road pending a site inspection to verify slope stability.
