LEOMINSTER — Conservation Commission approves Wachusett Street project; two additional projects deferred. The Leominster Conservation Commission unanimously approved a Notice of Intent for a single-family home at Lot 1 Wachusett Street, a refiled 2022 project, after applicant representative Anthony Cleaves submitted documentation addressing state wetland delineation concerns. A separate hearing on 43 Stagecoach Road was continued to July 14 after state comments flagged concerns about drainage easements and building within wetlands; applicant representative Wesley Flis will develop an alternative site layout.
A new nine-unit multifamily development at 396 Main Street, proposed by ET Duval and Sons Inc., was opened and continued to July 28 pending state file issuance and Planning Board review.
