LEOMINSTER — The Leominster Conservation Commission continued a hearing on proposed safety infrastructure upgrades at 163 Pioneer Drive, requesting full documentation on spill containment before the February 10 meeting. Applicant Michael Johnson, represented by Frank McPartland of Dillis and Roy, is seeking approval for methanol storage improvements to comply with EPA SPCC rules. The project involves approximately 850 square feet of pavement expansion within the Riverfront Area, located 20 to 25 feet from Easterbrook tributary.
Commissioners requested detailed spill response and maintenance plans, discharge point clarification, and a site visit. The continuation passed on a 4-0 vote.
