LEOMINSTER — Conservation Commission approves EV charging stations; continues wetland hearing over local objections. The Leominster Conservation Commission unanimously issued a Negative-2 Determination for commercial EV charging infrastructure at 162 Hamilton Street, finding de minimis impact within the FEMA floodplain. The Commission continued a contentious hearing on a proposed single-family home at 43 Stage Coach Road, where applicant Eric Lind seeks to fill 2,725 square feet of wetland with 2,775 square feet of replication on adjacent parcels.
Abutting resident Mr. Chapdelaine objected over concerns about storm runoff and past compliance issues; Conservation Agent Jesse Averka was directed to conduct a compliance review and schedule a site walk for May 26.
