Leominster Conservation Commission approves parking lot improvement

Conservation Commission · Meeting of May 26, 2026

Leominster Conservation Commission approves parking lot improvement amid three major development hearings. The commission voted 5-0 to accept a minor change at Whitney Carriage Apartments reducing 866 square feet of impervious area; the project connects a parking lot low point to an existing catch basin, adds landscaped islands, and includes a concrete dumpster pad. The commission also scheduled continued hearings for June 9 on three significant projects pending DEP file issuance: single-family home construction at 43 Stage Coach Road, slope remediation at 10 Wildflower Road following an enforcement order, and the North Nashua Riverbank Stabilization Project by the City of Leominster protecting the Sewer Interceptor that transports one-quarter of the city's sanitary sewage.
