Leominster Conservation Commission approves two long-delayed compliance certificates for Whitney Carriage parking and window work, originally voted in September 2023 but never recorded; both pass 5-0. The Commission issued conditions for a Pioneer Drive infrastructure project (4-0, one abstention) and declined an advocacy letter for the Whitney Field mall redevelopment. Three applications are continued to March 24, including an MVP-funded drainage project at Burrage and Monoosnock Avenues designed to reduce flood depths by 1.5 feet during a 10-year storm event.
