Leominster panel rejects Stage Coach Road home over Wetlands Protection Act concerns. The Conservation Commission voted 0-4 against a Notice of Intent for a proposed single-family home at the property. Commissioners Richard Gullick, Nicholas Venti, Jordan Vachon, and Chuck Raymond opposed the application citing buffer-zone clearing issues.
In other action, the commission voted unanimously to ban motorized vehicles and electric bikes from Pierce Street Conservation Area trails due to safety concerns. The panel also continued hearings on three proposed Roche Avenue homes and a Lake Samoset vegetation-management proposal to July 28.
