Sakounmoung, 29, of Leominster, was charged with breaking and entering a building nighttime for a felony and vandalizing property. Jason A. Bisceglia, 33, of Townsend, was charged with breaking and entering a building nighttime for a felony, vandalizing property, resisting arrest, and assault.
