Thursday, January 1, 1:54 p.m.Arrest: A warrant arrest was made on the 56 block of Baker Street in Gardner. Brandon Joseph Lovely, 32, of Gardner, was charged with warrant arrest.

Monday, January 5, 10:52 a.m.Arrest: Two individuals were arrested for shoplifting at Walmart on Jungle Road. William I. Campos, 57, of Leominster, was charged with shoplifting by asportation. Alexander Uriah DeMaré, 34, homeless, of Leominster, was charged with shoplifting by asportation.

Tuesday, January 6, 9:03 p.m.Arrest: A driver was arrested for Operating Under the Influence of Liquor at Motel 6 on the 48 block of Commercial Road. Joshua A. Lambert, 50, of Princeton, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor or .08% (third offense) and open container of marijuana in a motor vehicle (G.L. c. 94G, §13(d)).

Tuesday, January 6, 10:51 p.m.Arrest: A disturbance arrest was made on the 149 block of Fourth Street. Wayne Henry Lemieux, 52, of Leominster, was charged with intimidating a witness/juror/police officer/court official, interfering with a police officer, and disturbing the peace.
