Friday, May 1, 12:45 a.m. — Suspicious Activity: A suspicious activity report was taken at the 42 block of Hamilton Street.
Friday, May 1, 2:49 a.m. — Arrest: A trespassing complaint was addressed at CVS on Nelson Street. Alicia Lauren Levert, 62, homeless, of Leominster, was charged with trespass.
Friday, May 1, 7:38 a.m. — Malicious Damage to Motor Vehicle: A report of malicious damage to a motor vehicle was taken at the 50 block of River Street.
Friday, May 1, 8:15 a.m. — Threats: A threats report was taken at Leominster High School, Kingman Drive.
Friday, May 1, 1:22 p.m. — Assault and Battery: An assault and battery report was taken at Leominster Rehabilitation and Nursing, Keystone Drive.

Saturday, May 2, 5:04 p.m. — Unattended Death: An unattended death report was taken at the 400 block of Atlantic Avenue.
Saturday, May 2, 9:01 p.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle stop for speeding at Nashua Street near Mohawk Drive led to an arrest. Chandler James Leger, 32, of Gardner, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI), possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, failure to have license in possession, and speeding.

Sunday, May 3, 1:08 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident (no injury): A non-injury accident report was taken at Maple Avenue near West Street.
Sunday, May 3, 2:17 a.m. — Arrest: A trespassing complaint was addressed at the 482 block of Main Street. Alicia Lauren Levert, 62, homeless, of Leominster, was charged with warrant arrest and trespass.
Sunday, May 3, 9:23 a.m. — Alarm: A police alarm report was taken at the Mall at Whitney Field, Commercial Road.
Sunday, May 3, 10:10 a.m. — Arrest: A warrant arrest was made at the 142 block of Priest Street. Maurice Maroney Wynn Jr., 40, of Dorchester, was charged with possession of a Class B controlled substance and warrant arrest.
Sunday, May 3, 11:26 a.m. — Accident with Injury: A motor vehicle accident with injury was reported and a report taken at HealthAlliance Hospital, Hospital Road.

Monday, May 4, 2:55 a.m. — Unwanted Guest: An unwanted guest report was taken at the 766 block of Central Street.
Monday, May 4, 6:00 a.m. — Arrest: A warrant arrest was executed at the 91 block of Mechanic Street. Juan S. Leger, 42, of Leominster, was charged with distribution of a Class E controlled substance, multiple counts of possession of a Class E controlled substance, multiple counts of possession of a Class C controlled substance, possession with intent to distribute a Class C controlled substance, and possession of a Class D controlled substance (subsequent offense).
